The Snow DragonLooking up at the skyscrapers above through her windshield, Adeline Harte felt small. Through the gentle snow of winter and the familiar-if-depressing fog of exhaust from the surrounding vehicles, the buildings that lined 6th Street seemed to loom overhead, looking down on the little humans below with cold curiosity. She felt woozy, looking at the buildings as they reached upward toward the sun that was hidden behind a thick sheet of grey. It was funny how her fear of heights could kick in while she was still on the ground.
